When will my order get shipped?

• In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• For preorders, they will be packaged and shipped as soon as they get to us.

When will my order arrive?

• Transit time is purely based on the post office's processing and the chosen shipping method.
• Keep in mind that business days do not include weekends and holidays.
• By choosing the standard (untracked) shipping method, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders.
  
  Standard (Untracked) Shipping Estimates:
• Canada: 3-9 business days
• USA: 4-8 business days
• International: 4-30 business days

Customs & Duties/Taxes

• International orders are subjected to taxes based on the country's guidelines.
• The buyer is to be responsible for any taxes imposed on the order due to the country's regulations. As well as the shipping costs in case the parcel returns to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery.

All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE so please purchase wisely!

Damages & Issues

• If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and a description of the issue.
• If we determine that the product is a defective or damaged, we will send you a new one for free.

Order Cancellations

• Once your order has been shipped, no further changes can be made.
